Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the picture. Please note, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography or your screen settings, but we strive to ensure every product matches its description and images as closely as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is sent to your registered email address immediately after you complete your purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. For further assistance, contact us at support@lilyofficial.in.
How can I return an item?

You can initiate a return within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team at support@lilyofficial.in. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your store credit or gift card within 2–3 business days, minus a ₹129 return shipping fee.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items. If a product is marked “out of stock,” please check back on our website or sign up for restock notifications if available. You can also contact our support team for updates on specific products.

Where can I ship my order?
